Whether for your car or truck, we have the battery that's just right for your needs, at a price you can afford.
Safety Tip - Battery Charging We've always been told to remove caps from a battery while charging it and people seldom do. The reason for removing the caps is to allow the flammable hydrogen gas being electrolyzed out of the water to dissipate. Hydrogen is explosive and therefore a battery being charged with the caps fitted is dangerous and can explode if charged with a powerful industrial type charger on quick charge or at very high amperage. If you have a permanently sealed battery it is better to charge it on trickle charge at low amperage for safety or take it to your nearest Tropical Battery Dealer. Note: Battery charging should only be done in a well ventilated area.
